The difference is HOW they get from cask-strength to that 46.5%. The \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eperfectly aged \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003eBourbon is cut to proof… with \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003ecold-brew coffee\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e. Really. They get it from a local \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003especialty coffee-maker\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e in Chicago called Passion House. Through\u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e a lot of experimentation\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e they found that cold-brew coffee was less bitter — and therefore a better compliment to the natural flavor profile of the FEW Bourbon.
