Besides opening up his own brokerage, Stanley also bought Bowmore, Islay’s oldest distillery. Then, under \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eW. Brian Morrison\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e, \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eMorrison Bowmor\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003ee became a global brand and it was eventually purchased by \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eSuntory\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e. Today, it’s Jamie and Brian Morrison that own and head Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers that produce several high-end brands.
