In \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e1920\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e, the Soviets nationalized the distillery but after the Union fell, Vodka production at the site was revived. The Nemiroff trademark was registered and by 2006, \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eNemiroff Ukrainian Vodka Company\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e had become the No.2 Vodka brand in the world.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\r\n\u003cp\u003eNow, the idea of sipping on honey and\/or pepper Vodka might sound a bit peculiar to you, but it probably wouldn’t have if you were from Ukraine where this is \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eover a century old tradition\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e.
